We can provide nightly, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning schedules. Whatever you need, no job is too big or too small.

Every employee is properly trained to handle the account, and will be kept updated on any new training methods and techniques.

Day Porter Services

Day Porters can be available at any time of the day to tackle tasks that need constant upkeep. Whether this is resupplying toiletries, taking out trash, or wiping down surfaces, the day porter can take care of this for you.

All personnel are W-2 employees and are subject to background checks and drug tests at the time of hire. We do not use any subcontract labor. Each employee is specifically trained in his/her area of work by a fully qualified supervisor. Frequent inspections are performed to insure quality of work and identify any areas that need to be brought to your attention.

Church Services

We have been working with churches since the start of our company. We offer any service you could need to maintain the high-quality looks of your church. This includes carpet cleaing, pressure washing, event setups, wood floor maintenance, stripping and waxing, dayporters, and more.

As a christian company, we are respectful in your church and take precautions so as not to interrupt any service or plans that the church may have. We have a very flexible schedule and can work with you in order to have your church looking the way you want it to.

Event Setups & Breakdowns

Setups are time consuming and often need to be quickly turned between events and/or services. Let us take care of this for you. We have crews available for both large and small setups, so we can handle the quick turnarounds or multiple setups in a single day.

Many of our current accoounts have taken advantage of this unique service and have found it to be very helpful. We are available any day of the week at any time.

Construction Services

We provide cleaning for both commercial projects as well as residential builders. We have programs set up that will provide cleaning for each stage of the construction process in order to make sure your job site remains clean and safe for everyone.

We will also patrol the outside of your construction site to keep all scrap materials and trash picked up, including dumpster areas. This is to prevent eyesores for those living or working around you.

Carpet Cleaning

Proper care of your carpeted floors provides a healthier environment as well as prolonging the life of your carpet.

We clean using the "hot water extraction" method and also offer free carpet spotting between scheduled cleanings.

Carpet cleaning can also include scenting the carpet to leave it smelling fresh, as well as stain removal. Make your carpets look brand new again without having to pay for replacements.

Stripping and Waxing

Maintaining and refinishing VCT, concrete and terrazzo flooring is one of our specialties. With proper care, your floors can have that "shiny wet" look that gives these types of flooring such an eye-pleasing appeal.

We can recommend a floor maintenance program that best fits the use of your floor. We use regular high speed buffing, dust mopping, and proper chemicals for damp mopping.

Proper placement of walk-off mats can also help extend the life of the floor's finish. We will make sure your flooring stays in great condition year round with techniques like these.

Grout Cleaning & Restoration

Daily mopping does a good job of keeping the tile clean, but what about the grout lines in between the tile? Grout lines fill with dirt and grime that a mop just can't get to. Let us help by cleaning your grout to bring it back to its clean original color. This not only helps by improving the overall look of your restroom or kitchen floors, but it also helps these areas smell fresh and clean again.

Many smells in restrooms come from the dirt or urine being trapped in the grout. Periodic cleaning and sealing of the grout helps eliminate these issues. Your bathroom will look and smell as fresh as ever.

Wood Floors

Gym floors get used for multiple other activities such as modern worship services, Wednesday night dinners, banquets, preschool play areas, and much more. With this much use, these floors can take a real beating over a short period of time and lose their original luster, becoming an eyesore.
